Worth a look. My mate's over there for the next few months and gonna send me various models back.

DX were doing a HTC Touch clone ( different wifi chipset ) a few months back running mobile 6, and they also have some HTC Artemis clones with GPS.

Just don't expect any support. Maybe getting a more mainstrema model 2nd hand on ebay might be less hassle in the long run?

Some bargains if you don't mind a bit of fiddling to get stuff to work ( read some of the reviews!)

The forums on DX are a great source of 'buyer-power' - more info there than in the listings!

Their touch clone costs the same as a pukka PAYG 256mb touch from orange sadly with the $/£ rate.

Ordered a cigarette case mobile though. Holds seven ciggies, lcd screen and looks like a pack of marlboros for $110! I like tat!

My mate's in Shenzhen where there are loads of electronics tat manufacturers ( USB powered heated slippers anyone?)
Trying to find out where the HTC factory 'side door' is in Shenzhen rather than the knock-offs... wink.gif

A little off the original topic, but O2 are now offering the XDA Zest (an ASUS VGA device with GPS) for £250 on PAYG. Looks like a cracking device- one of my colleagues on 4winmobile has just reviewed one, and loves it smile.gif
